The Landings at Pine Lake

Moved in at The Landings at Pine Lake 6 years ago. What sold me to make it my home here? First impression…nice looking units and a very quiet community. Rooms are very spacious. My apartment is a 2-bedroom unit with the balcony overlooking the lake, tennis court, and swimming pool. All my appliances are top-notched, and I love the beautiful marble fireplace. The neighbors are very friendly and considerate in keeping the surroundings clean, especially when walking their pets to keep the environment healthy. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, which is seldom, I can rely on Marjorie, the Office Manager, to address them immediately. Don't move here. They are not handicap accessible. Sure they have handicap signs but there are steps everywhere and no way for anyone with a wheelchair to simply roll to their apartment door. As a resident, you have to pay EXTRA to use their pool and gym. They DO NOT clean that beautiful river. It's full of garbage. They advertise that they have a pet park but where is the playground for children?? The tennis court is a joke and basically where the kids play, sadly. Also, house inspections. I have never lived anywhere in New Jersey that has this many inspections. It's really annoying to have strangers come inspect your apartment for "safety" all the time. I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and I love it. The management in the office are very sweet and beautiful people and are always quick with responding and very helpful. Also maintenance is good and quick with fixing. I love it here. My place brings me peace and comfort.

I've been here since May and have experienced all great things. Our apartment is clean and spacious. Any issue that had arose was quickly handled. Our garbage disposal had clogged up and Denise make quick work to have someone come over and fix it immediately that same day. Marjorie has been wonderful with answering any questions I've had. When Andrew was here he was also just as kind. This place is very peaceful

I've been living at The Landings at Pine Lake for 10 years. I am very happy. It's a beautiful complex, the apartments are spacious, and the maintenance team is great. The office staff, especially Denise, is friendly and helpful. I'm very content living here, and do not plan to move anytime soon.
