The pines apartments

Been living here for almost 4 years now. I deeply appreciate the maintenance crew for doing what the can as soon as they can with major and minor tasks(from installing additional floor boards to keep mice and bugs out to changing vent filters to declogging drains). The front office is also a crack team even if the person answering the phone doesn’t have an answer they always know who I need to get in contact with. Enjoyed my stay so far and pleased to continue it~

This place really friggin sucks. Have a real bad mice problem & nothing is being done anout it. We already caught like 13 of them by buying glue traps with our own money. The exterminator that they have is worthleas. He comes in sees that we have glue traps all around our kitchen & says that he can't do anything & leaves. We had the contractor in here 3 times patching the holes up & the mice r still getting in. The funny part is that we r on the second floor in building 5300. We know someone that sued the apartment complex & won & i would like to hear from her with which lawyer did she use cause now it's timefor us to sue them also. It will be7yrs that wehave been here in march. This is one of the worse places that we ever lived at. Never had a problem with any kind of rodent until 1 1/2 y

Mice always comes back. I've seen dead ones outside that would be left there for several days. There's gaps and holes in the foundation so they always manage to get in. Lots of huge grasshoppers. Nothing was built or sealed correctly. It's takes a long time to hit help. No 24 hour maintenance as mentioned. No sense of urgency. Not worth the price.
