Sena and Kathleen were incredibly efficient at getting is signed and ready to move in within 2 days!! They made it a smooth and remarkably easy process. The complex itself and the management company are incredibly family friendly. As a single mom securing my own apartment, this place was such a blessing. 🩷

The leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and easy for my brother, answering all of our questions and being very accommodating. The staff was professional, responsive, and made the experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time, the reviews are already horrible but wanted to see for myself. I went to tour the property, I met some girl at the leasing office, she showed me the apartment right in the leasing office. She said that’s how the entire unit looks like including price. I applied for the unit,all I needed was a final look of what my proposed apartment would look like. Unfortunately, they took me to 3 units. They look nothing from what was shown previously. Lady was brave to tell me that’s their upgraded apartment. Place smells horrible. Wasted my time and money,they should be sued for wrong or false advertising. Run,run run!!!! I could tell they can’t be trusted from what happened today. Never and ever again.

Ever since I’ve moved in I have always received help when needed, I always get my questions and concerns answered in an appropriate timely manner. The ladies in the office are very professional and helpful Pinewood Estates is a great place to move in when you are just getting on your feet !

Alma she is the best employee on this complex. She works 1000% better than the rest. She needs a raise and she don’t need no conflict with no staff or tenants. She is the best here 100,000%. My name is Christopher Barker unit 704 I’m giving her 1000 million percent the best hair really she is she puts up with a lot of BS but she still strong and hangs in there.
