Lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed myself. You're getting what you pay for in terms of upgrades (not many) but the prices are competitive for the area especially if you're on a single income because they are more flexible with your gross income requirements to qualify. Shannon was fabulous from move in day to the day I turned in my keys when it was time to move out. Maintenance is also wonderful and they come quick to resolve your issues. The neighbors are friendly and in my experience would look out for me and my packages, it was really nice to have that bit of community. The downside of the property is that there are 0 amenities unless you count the laundry room which you wouldn't if you saw it lol. New resident I recently moved into Summit Place Apartments and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! From the beginning, Shannon at the leasing office has been absolutely amazing—super friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Moving from out of state can be stressful, but Shannon made it so much easier by answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of South Jersey with all the stores just minutes away, and a 10-15 minute walk to the PATCO station, which is perfect for commuters. Living at Summit Place has been very pleasurable! The staff treats you like family and will do anything within reason to make your time there enjoyable. For instance, as I began to experience mobility issues, the maintenance team quickly made some minor changes to the apartment so that I could get around comfortably. And, the Leasing Manager is so warm and caring, making sure to check on me while I was on bed rest. The apartments are spacious, nicely carpeted, and you can park close to your door. Landscaping is well done, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. Great shopping and eating are within walking distance, and the public bus stops right at the complex. Make sure to add Summit Place to your list as you look for a new home!

I’ve lived here for over a year and I absolutely love my stay here. Shannon at the leasing office was extremely helpful with my tour. She made the decision to stay here very easy. Staff has always been very helpful and professional. Parking is always available and the apartments themselves are updated and well laid out. It’s been very comfortable and quiet throughout the year. I definitely recommend a stay here.

After reading past reviews about summit place I can assure you that a lot of changes have been made over the years and good changes at that!!! I’ve been at summit place coming up on 5 years I can say that Shannon is so sweet and helpful with anything that you need literally a phone call away when you need something also the maintenance crew very nice. The apartments are spacious just wish the kitchen was bigger of course being a cooker lol. Only other thing I could say is that the guess parking area is small compared to how many people are in the complex. Other than that I love this area it’s quite I’ve been blessed with good neighbors and you can literally get to anything around this area in less than 20 minutes the mall the grocery store the pharmacy literally anything you can think ab
