Chadwick Village Apartments

I lived at Chadwick Village for 6 years. I enjoyed how spacious my unit was with ample walk-in closet space. Maintenance was always responsive with all of my requests. The community is quiet and clean. Overall, I had a pleasant experience there.

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and we are thankful Chadwick is our place to call home. The apartments are spacious, the complex is quiet, parking is great and the complex itself is well maintained. If we call about a maintenance issue, it’s either fixed the same day or a repair man is called out in the same week. They truly care about their residents and everyone on staff is wonderful including Kathy from the office and Darek and his son from maintenance.

the management talks down to you , they are very unprofessional the way they talk to you , when I tried to talk to the manager she threw a hissy fit , the manager of the complexes is a dictator .

So far I have been living here for 2 months and can say Im very happy we chose Chadwick Village Apartments vs others around the area. Though it is more expensive, the area is quiet, the walls are thick so you rarely hear others in general, maintenance has been quick to help (which has only been two things that weren't vital issues), and being able to pay your bills through an app has made payments very easy to send. They also aren't kidding about having a very large space for an apartment (check out the virtual tour!) Finally, contacting the management office is no hassle at all (most times i leave a message with my question/situation and get a call back within the hour). I haven't been here long but I don't regret my decision in the slightest. If you can afford this place, I would highly

Lived here from February 2017 through September 2017. This was my first apartment and I absolutely loved it! My bedroom was HUGE! At one point I had a futon, queen sized bed and a twin mattress all in my bedroom, with room to spare! Also loved that I had two full sized closets, one of which was a large walk in. Before I found this little gem hidden in Lindenwold, I was about to move into a little 500 sq. ft. apartment in Audubon, but for only $60 more I ended up moving here and got a one bedroom 800 sq. ft. apartment for only $800 a month! You can’t beat the price per square foot here. At first I was a little leery of moving to Lindenwold after hearing horror stories about other complexes in the area, but this one was small, quiet, had nice neighbors and ended up being perfect for me. If i
