Meadowview Court Apartments

On my search for an apartment, I came across Meadowview apts., and had the pleasure of being helped by the leasing agent Christa!! She was soooo nice, patient with me and all of my inquiries, and was very professional yet, bubbly!! Seems like a great place to reside, 5 stars for sure!!

Lakisha has been the best property manager we’ve had by far. I lived here for over 6 years. Every issue I've had, she has resolved quickly. This is a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood where everyone respects each other's privacy. I would definitely recommend living in this community.

We specifically expressed interest in a 2 bed 2bath, but we weren’t able to to view it because we had to apply and pay $40. The lady told us that the $40 was refundable if we decided that we didn’t want to go through with it. Now that they took our money she did a complete 180 and said she never said that. So they took our money and we never got to even tour or look at anything. They’re not people of their word.

I lived in meadowview 16yrs and my leasing agent christa i love her she is wonderful at habdling all issues and concerns for the tentants any questions i have she goes all out her way to make sure it is resolved and will call to make sure it is done mr jessie the maintance man is very helpful and polite always helps in my needs explains what is happening abd does everthing to maje it is completed i like mr jessie he is wonderful

Please do not rent here. It is a mess. My rent is now over $1600 and they won’t do anything. Been here for 10 years and they won’t paint or replace the carpet. The place was infested with mice and they let in get out of hand before they decided to do something. It got so bad that I had to call the board of health on them. For two years they have went up on the rent and each time it was over $100. I’m paying market price but yet they are maintaining the unit like it’s for low income. Can’t wait to move.
