The Village at Kearney

I had live there for 4.5 years. Had experienced 4 management teams during that time. Each having there own set of rules. The last management i had was very nice and personable but nothing got fixed. Sidewalk is cracked, fence by playground has been broken for a few years, service requested take forever if not completed at all. One management team did not follow ESA rules and lied about different animals. Dog poop everywhere. I asked 3 times for dog poop bin to be emptied. Never was! So I bagged it up and put on their front door. Ridiculous! Kids get away with everything as parents don't watch them and management does not enforce rules. Plus rent keeps getting raised and nothing gets fixed. So glad I moved!

The neighborhood is nice and friendly. The management cares very much about what’s going on with your apartment. If you need anything fixed, they get it done as quickly as possible. They care about your opinions. Neighbors are friendly. And It is in a nice neighborhood.

Jessica Axmann was the best landlord we've ever had the opportunity to have! She was always very helpful and there to answer any questions we had! The maintenance was very nice as well. If we ever had a problem or something that needed fixed they fixed it in a good amount of time and were always friendly to us! The apartments are very nice with washer/dryer hookups which was a plus but also had on site laundry as well! Pet friendly! They are located in a great neighborhood and we never had any problems with neighbors. It was overall a great experience at the village at Kearney! Would recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I, along with our children, enjoy living here. The staff is very helpful and kind. Jessica does an excellent job, as well as the Maintenance crew. We are blessed to be here.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. We applied for a apartment then after a month of running around and different forms and getting things notarized and all that we get told sorry your denied. Had all our stuff packed and everything. No communication at all from upper management at all. They dont even seem like they care at all. I hope this helps just dont get your hopes up when you go to rent from these people.
