She took our calls, answered our questions and had our closing within a couple of months. We’re very grateful for her.

My wife and I were looking to relocate and we were looking at a few places without a realtor. A friend of ours was also looking for a new house and she introduced us to Daniel Novoa when we all went together to look at a house. He was very polite and professional. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and helped make sure we understand everything. When looking at homes he did not try to push any house for a quick sell but instead kept in mind what we were looking for and helped point out any issues in the home or things to keep in mind if we did choose the house. He also was great at recommending house for us to look at that matched what we wanted and some that were a bit different to figure out what we truly wanted. Purchasing my new home was a lot simpler than I had anticipated due to the help of Daniel Novoa. He made sure to ask me what was important to me before the search started.
