It was a FSBO, but Ryan Orhi did the paperwork and closing. We had so many questions and concerns, but Ryan walked us through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question and every single call, trust me, there were many. Long story short, a little over year later we were ready to move into our new home.
