Placed a deposit down at the end of July by August 1st still hadn’t heard anything back so I called 5 separate times to cancel my application I still haven’t received my deposit back almost a month later
Parking lot is hard to get around. When tenants are all home it's very hard to drive around parking lot to get out. Fire trucks or emergency unit would end up taking out vehicles. Apartment are very nice
Great affordable apartments in Kearney! Lots of upgrades are currently being made. You can tell they really care about their tenants.
