Integrity Home Inspection

We had a home inspection today on a for sale by owner Home and it will be worth every penny. I called yesterday and they fit me in first thing this morning. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home in the tri-city area!

I hired the to do a home inspection on a mobile home. Inspection came back I needed a new roof. Sellers payed to have one put on. Inspector passed the roof. Within 3 months, my roof was leaking inside my living room and dining room window. The roofing company, who weren’t liscensed didn’t replace any boards underneath that were rotted. I’m disabled, and don’t have the money that fix this. All they can do is pay back the money. Waste of money! Also the kitchen and bathroom didn’t have correct light switches, there was a fire previously l I’m having to replace all electrical. This house was flipped and walls were removed ect. This inspector didn’t bother checking permits, for the roof or anything. Waste of time

I had a great experience and received the most detailed home inspection full of wonderful information on my home. Highly recommend everyone getting a home inspection through them!

Very helpful. Called about certain type of inspection. Come to find out they don't do it any more and they helped guide me on what to do and how to look for it.
