She paid attention to what we were looking for in a home and I must say she found the perfect place for us . We are so very thankful for all she did including the sell of our home that we had lived in for over 40 years. We cannot thank her enough for all her help. Mardi Pallas was a great agent to work with. We had tried selling our home on our own for three months and had no luck. Then we tried listing it with another real estate company for six months. They could not sell our home either. A friend recommended Mardi and Coldwell so I contacted her and two and a half months later, my house is sold! She worked her butt off to get it done including holding more than one open house. When the weather turned cold, we had pipes freeze and since I now live an hour away she even went out and took care of things! She was easy to work with and as I said she worked extra hard and got the house sold. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Kearney area who need to buy or sell a house.
