The UPS Store

I have frequent this UPS store often and have always had a positive experience. This week, in particular, I was here twice. Linda helped me both times and was exceptional! I even left behind personal items in the copy machine, and she safely stored them until I returned the next day. I will continue to come here for all my printing, faxing, and notary services!

Not friendly or helpful environment. Why are you there? You need to train to be of service to everyone, Linda just standing there looking smug . I have been in this area over 20 years and this place has changed. I will avoid coming to this location. You do not try to help people. I can take my money elsewhere.

Really had a bad experience with the notary service at this location. Online, it shows they do a notary, and I booked an appointment the day before to get my documents notarized. But when I went in at the time of my appointment, they said we don't do notary for copies(l have originals with me). Whatever the rules you are following, just mention that clearly on your website or at least before anyone books appointments for the service. I wasted my time and chaos at the last minute to find a new agency, as I needed to submit my documents as per the mentioned time

I greatly appreciate Linda's outstanding customer service and highly recommend her for any notary needs at UPS store.

I have been to this UPS location so many times, and have had a terrible experience twice with “Linda”. She is extremely rude, impatient, unprofessional, incompetent, and unfriendly. She should not be working with the public, or needs some serious training. Very unqualified and unprofessional. The other staff have always been a pleasure to do business with.
