I have lived in the complex for over 10 years (originally Colonial Village at Tradewinds when I first moved here). I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. I live with two small children and always feel safe. If I have ever have any issues I can always call the Courtesy Officer who quickly addresses the issue. The leadership team of Sabrina and Taylor have been phenomenal. If I have any issues I can send them a quick e-mail and they always get back to me. I have recently experienced HVAC and water heater issues - and I can say the maintenance team has gone ABOVE and BEYOND every time to help!! No matter if early in the morning or late in the evening on a weekend - Shaggy, Art, and the rest of the team has always went a step above to help us. They will always get 5 stars

ms ryan was such a big help today i renews my lease and accepted me onto open arms. any time i have an issue she’s there to address it. i recommend her if your looking into renting here or just even questions about the place. i honestly think it’s amazing. maintenance is always on point. no complaints.

Watch out for the other salty reviews. This place is great. Taylor from the leasing house is great! And has been accommodating with every need and Shaggy the maintenance guy is spectacular and fast with fixing issues. The complex is chill and quiet and I haven’t encountered any issues at all. Highly recommended.

Update: They have fixed the lights and are trying to find out why the lights are going off. Honesty this has been the only big gripe I have had was the hall lights not being taken care of. With the snow storms they made sure to keep the walks and roads clear of ice and snow. At one time i would say that this place was a safe place to live. They do not fulfill their work orders. The hall way lights have been out for a month and no one wants to fix them.

Clean, safe, comfortable, beautiful. We live in a second floor 2Br2Ba. I’m a single mom with two kids under 4 years old. I love the open living area (essential for keeping an eye on busy kiddos) the spacious balcony, the ample closet space, full size washer/dryer, big windows, and the exclusive parking policy that keeps unknown/junk vehicles from taking up all the parking spaces. Little things I love more than I expected: - all the shelving in the laundry room - the high quality blinds (no more brittle plastic!) - the gas stove (having one wasn’t a deal breaker, but it’s a great bonus!) - the open-air stairwells/landings (keeps odors and noise WAY down) - on-site gym. It’s modest but has what I need so I’m saving money monthly by not needing a gym membership. Small cons: - Cox Internet
