The Salish Place Apartments

Just moved out of Salish and let me tell you about our experience we moved in December 23th the expected us to pay 900 something for the rest of December rent then by the 1st pay the January month of rent and that is almost 2,000 because we have to pay for the extra parking spot that we had to pay for every month in January we got super sick and couldn’t figure out why until I realized that they painted over black mold and that was not contributed by us considering we haven’t even been there a full month they lacked in communication they also told us while signing our lease that we had till the 7th the latest to pay our rent and they sent use a eviction notice on the 3rd and they charge extra for having to print out papers to give us not only that it would add to our rent as well as we ac

*IMPORTANT READ* I lived here for 2 years. My car and my roommates car get broken into multiple times. There's no CCTV to catch the culprit for police records. But this kind of experience is out of management control, so I don't blame them for it. The rent is super cheap but it comes with appliances, and interiors falling apart. If you are money savvy and don't care about interior problems, then this will be the right place for you. No washer and dryer in the unit, or use their token laundry that doesn't dry my clothes. There's mold growing everywhere since the apartments are surrounded by greens. And dog owners don't pick up after their pet. 3 STARS is from the management quick to fix maintenance problem. And forgiving from all the noise complaints we receive. Very convenient to Highline

Been here going on 2 years. Apartments are spacious for the price. Management is pretty good on handling problems in a timely fashion. Maintenance man is always on top of things. Neighbors all friendly. Can't complain🤷‍♂️

Management loses paperwork and tows paying resident's car and also blame on the residents abt towing the car without going over any parking rules or giving parking stickers. The most angry I have been with property management in my whole life.

Love living here been here for 2 years now and im beyond happy. The management is friendly and always on top of maintenance. Full of nice families and college kids. Ill be sad when we finally get our own house. Highly recommended this complex.
