I SINCERELY appreciate Jackeline and the dedication she put into getting us approved!! despite all of the roadblocks thrown my way in the process she made sure to see it out with me through the end! I found a problem, in the shower ceiling, there is water coming out and falling, it is deforming the ceiling. I want you to take care of this for me, please.

You took us in and start working with us from day 1, you mention the process for screening and paperwork takes about 5 days but it wasn’t even 5 days when I got the results for approval. I’m a current resident and every time I have had an issues Mona in the office has handle them in a timely fashion. She also greets me with a friendly hello when I walk into the office. When she says she will address the issue I bring to her attention she will do it. She is awesome and I enjoy the few interactions I have with her since she has been working in the office.

I recently moved out of Marina club apartments and I had to go into the office to discuss my move out. When I came into the office I was immediately greeted by Mona. She is the new manager for the apartments. She was very nice and easy to talk to. I moved out before she was the manager but she was able to help me and get all of my questions answered. I have never met anyone so professional and nice and easy to talk too. I recommend any one looking for an apartment to go and see Mona. She is awesome!
