Great service very convenient and professional. My wife and I were able to find creekwood apartment as our new home. Tina the manager is amazing, she's very polite and professional how she does her job. She help us throughout the whole process without any problems. She deserves a lot of credibility of her work for a kind hearted. The property looks very neat and clean than we expected probably the same as our last place very unique. This is the lifestyle we like is neat and clean thanks to Tina for welcoming us to this great community. We thought about renting a bigger house, but than we change our decision when we drive around creekwood property and so many great convenient places around the area like the nearby access to the I-5 freeway and shopping center.

"This place is undoubtedly the worst I have ever lived in. The constant noise from the massive jumbo jets taking off and landing at SeaTac airport is relentless, causing irritation during the day and frequent disturbances at night. The noise is so loud that it can even harm your hearing. Additionally, the soot from the planes' exhaust negatively impacts both cars and air quality, posing health risks. The management of this place is extremely disappointing. They seem to exploit renters, acting like parasites. Charging each apartment the same utilities as a single-family house feels unfair and unreasonable. Expect to pay an additional $89 for utilities, plus electricity charges, on top of your rent every month. When it's time to move out, they find ways to unfairly keep your deposit and cha
