Brant Apartments

Don’t let the nice looking apartments fool you. Stayed in these apartments for a whole year and from the moment they moved me in, they asked if anything was wrong after we did the inspection. A day later, I contacted them to have maintenance look at a few things -fireplace and heater mot working in living room, bathroom flushes all day unless you turn of the valve, dryer takes all day (literally) to dry even a small load. I kept contacting but nobody showed up, had to go through winter trying to not spend much time in the living room and my power bills sky rocketing because of the flushing issue and dryer. When I told them I was moving out, they all pretended like they didn’t get enough notice from me at first but was later resolved. I just got a call the other day from a collector agency

Got a message to do this survey. Bathroom fan needs to be fixed , this is the finish product. I sent an email to give them time to respond and maybe resolve it but no response , maybe they are done with it and it’s going to look like that. I was never a difficult tenant and trying to accommodate their schedules because they are too busy.

Renovated unit, love the complex and quiet after 8 pm rule. It's an apartment so from neighbors I have encountered 2 flooding issues, all handled promptly without further issues. That was a lot, stressful with noisy fans for almost a week. One flood occurred during the holidays. Parking is a disaster due to more vehicles than allowed per unit. They do offer paid spots, of course. Overall I love my spacious apartment, with plenty of closet space. The fenced yard raised the cost but it feels homey.

My husband and I have lived at Brant Apartments for the past 4 years and we love it here. Friendly neighbors, quiet, beautiful landscape, the maintenance workers are kind and courteous and do an excellent job, the front office staff *in particular Christina* are the best, always friendly and professional. Christina and the managers Selene and Vanessa are very caring towards the tenants needs and it is such a relief to live in a place where the staff take care of the tenants and aren’t just about getting rent paid but take time to be considerate to people who live here. I highly recommend moving here!!!

Parking is awful. Being someone who works in the military, coming home late is something I can’t control. But coming home after a long shift and finding there to be 0 and I mean 0 parking spaces is not okay. They started the a new parking policy for reserved slots…. That you have to pay for, which seems odd since the majority of residents complain the parking here is not good. The office decides, let’s have people pay for the limited slots, causing the people not paying to be furthermore screwed. Wooohooo! So all in all, if you don’t have the money or want to pay additional fees on top of the high rent. This is not a place to be. The homeless walking through the parking lot at any point of the day is the cherry on top. Aswell as the constant airplane noise overhead throughout the whole day
