Sea Mar Community Aprtments

I went to Sea Mar in the Des Moines Location and was very hesitant to go back for my appointment after having the worst experience with the front desk. Upon my arrival no one greeted me or checked me in, I stood in the lobby contemplating weather or not to stay for over 10 min. Finally when I was greeted it was extremely unprofessional and I was taken back by the conversation the two women were having. One thing that upset me was the way the gal with the poorly drawn on eye brows was talking to me. They seem to have no manners and have horrible customer service. I would stay very far from this place, I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Come here to get treated for an xtreme pain on my hip and got send home wit tylenol knowing that i had a hip fracture. Told me they dont have the medication i needed so i got sent to a specialist a week from my visit. So whats up with my pain? I guess i need to be in pain for a week. Then she told?me theres nothing much to do. Well thank you for the great care 😊

This place has bad customer service and is infested by cockroaches and management does not take that seriously! They steal cars and vandalize cars in the parking lot at your own expense. I'm so glad I moved, my new landlords are all about customer service!! Do not live there unless you like roaches all over your food and stuff, as well as paying for a new car window evey 2-3 months!!
