Roaches all the time. Rent was $200 dollars more than it was supposed to be every single month. Pool never clean. stuff in gym always broken. Not worth how expensive it is. Kitchen sink has been leaking and molding. do not live here awful do not suggest to anyone

Horrible apartment do not live here. When I moved in the unit smelled like straight weed and was dirty and disgusting. Stained wall, missing trim, beat up furniture. Also plumbing issue made pee pour out of the ceiling into my bathroom. Had to put in multiple emergency maintenance request and a standard maintenance request. Office dismissed the issue and took their time to tend to it. All they did to fix it was wipe up the pee on the floor. Don’t even get me started on the roaches. From day 1 roaches infested the whole place and mainly the kitchen, inside the dishwasher, under the cabinets and I was as clean as possible yet they would not go away.

My daughter's apartment wasn't cleaned when she moved in. We complained to the office and were told the cleaning staff "just quit". Also, no walk thru with the staff to point out any preexisting damage. We paid extra to have the unit furnished, and noticed that the couch was in a state of disrepair. Large holes and the fake leather finish was peeling off, so we bought a couch cover to go over it. After she moved out, this apartment complex sent her a bill for nearly $700. Of this, about $300 was for the couch. THAT COUCH WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS IN WHEN SHE MOVED IN! This is completely unacceptable to demand she pay for a couch damaged by previous tenants. I was very disappointed when moving in. I did not receive a walk through prior to moving in and there are definitely concerns that needed to be addressed. There wasn’t any cleaning done except for the carpets being cleaned. Everything was dirty and there were multiple things that needed to be fixed prior to moving in. We paid for the whole month even though we were unable to move in until the 17th. That seems illegal if you’d ask me. We came in to black mold in the vent and a deep cat smell. My daughter is allergic. Trash dumpsters need to be addressed. I asked for a walk through when receiving my keys, and they of course told me to contact the customer service. I did, and it has been three days with no response.

Unironically, the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment. This place is infested with roaches and when I tried to ask for help with management or brought this to their attention they said “what do you want me to do about that” HELLO??? maybe take care of your apartments. Their maintenance staff is very nice but not qualified for their job. At the beginning of my lease I had my washer flood my apartment three times with maintenance coming to “fix” it every time in between. My dryer has broken three separate times and they OBVIOUSLY dont don’t do maintenance checks before signing over their subpar apartments because their maintenance team said behind our dryer had clearly not been checked in years and on top of all of it during the summer your air conditioning will freeze and they
