Customer Reviews
I have lived here for almost two years and I truly enjoy it. As a retired resident, I appreciate having friendly people to socialize with and a community that remains peaceful and well maintained. It is quiet, comfortable, and free from unnecessary disturbances. The amenities are excellent, and I have never experienced any issues with other residents. I am very happy living here. I would also like to clarify that this is an independent living building, not a nursing home. In regards to management, I would like to note that when I first moved in, it was sometimes difficult to find a parking space. Now that parking is being properly enforced, I appreciate that, with my disability, I am able to find a space close to the entrance and do not have to walk across to Fred Meyer. Residents with a
I just moved into The Reserve at Renton and feel like I’m in a 5 star hotel. The indoor pool is perfect temperature, the jacuzzi is clean, the gym is filled with pretty good equipment and the whole facility is kept clean and neat. I have all the amenities in my one bedroom unit that I could ask for. The washer/dryer is in the unit and is a front loader. Works great. I even have a garbage disposal which I haven’t had in years. The staff is friendly, fun and very helpful. They hold potlucks quite often and gather in the TV room to watch the Seahawks whenever they’re playing. Everyone is very friendly here. There’s even a lady that comes to do a low impact exercise session on Fridays at no cost. There’s a Church service & Bible Study on Sundays too. It’s close to everything: Fred Meyers, McC
I normally don’t leave reviews, but the management Heather here really needs improvement. The property manager is extremely rude and unapproachable. She talks to tenants with an attitude and doesn’t show any respect or understanding. On top of that, she’s been causing a lot of people to get their cars towed for small or unclear reasons. Instead of communicating or giving warnings, she makes the living experience stressful and unpleasant. This could be a nice community if management changed, but right now it’s hard to feel comfortable or welcome here.
I’ve had a close connection to this community for many years because my brother has lived here for a long time. One thing he used to mention often was difficulty finding parking. That has completely changed. Not anymore. He now says there is always a place available and he’s genuinely relieved by the improvement. He has shared that at night when the office is closed, guests and customers from Feast Buffet take up much of the parking. This would explain the property staff doing random spot checks on the weekends during the hours when outside traffic is at its highest. Monitoring the community after hours makes a lot more sense now, especially during weekends when the city is busier. When the new management team from The Reserve at Renton took over, it honestly looked chaotic at first. The
The manager there Heather I believe is her name. Rude and unprofessional. She has towed many cars of tenants and their guest and patrons to the businesses (New York Nail Salon the hair spa and the feast restaurant) the sad part is the tenants are elderly which means they are mostly on a fixed income. I seen medical professionals, clergy visiting the sick and shut in cars being towed. There towing all cars regardless of handicap or not. I’m sure the businesses that use the parking lot are suffering. There was an elderly lady who was trying to park her car and was a little on the white line and Heather called the tow company on her and she in the handicap stall. Some of the people said it was $750 to get there cars out. So some lost there cars for good. I don’t recommend moving there and she
