I absolutely loved living at The Quarters!! The entire experience was fantastic from move-in to move out. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the amenities are always clean and well kept. The pool, gym, and common areas really make it feel like a resort-style community. The maintenance team is outstanding!!! They’re incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly, and they always let us know to reach back out if something isn’t right. But we never have to because they always do a great job. It gives me real peace of mind knowing they genuinely care about residents and making sure we feel at home. The front desk staff deserves a big shoutout as well. They charged me over $400 to replace my carpet for this small red stain that was there when I moved in and I documented. My roommate decided to renew and told me they didn’t even replace the carpet. When we moved in there was also a 6 inch bleach stain in our living room carpet that wasn’t replaced before we moved in which is very inconsistent. Make sure you document very well before moving in because they will try to make every cent off of you that they can.

Lived here all of last year. They bribe people with prizes to get good reviews so don’t really believe any of the reviews. Luckily overall my year wasn’t bad with some minor issues that are expected with a college apartment. We had a brief roach problem that they did handle very quick and we didn’t see any the rest of the year. However, there is a brown recluse infestation in most the apartments. We started seeing them towards the end of the year after i heard of problems from my other friends that lived in separate buildings and when i go visit my friends this year its still a problem and has just gotten worse. I love The Quarters! The gym, study rooms, and deck are all kept tidy, management is quick to respond about any concerns we have, and the apartments themselves are very cozy! Considering The Quarters comes fully furnished, has such great amenities, and is located next to both a bus stop to campus and a grocery store, the location could not be more perfect. The rooms are spacious, and having a private bathroom, considering the cost of rent, is wonderful!

This place is not safe what so ever. Do not live here. Multiple people have had issues with apartment break ins and car break ins and this complex STILL refuses to put up cameras. My apartment was broken into and the property manager never even reached out, they basically said “not our problem,”Everything is consistently breaking, the quality of appliances is ridiculous, and don’t bother calling maintenance because they won’t be there for 5-7 business days. I regret the day I signed a lease to live at this complex.
