The Quarters at Park View Apartments

Lived at Quarters at Parkview a while back and everything was perfect. I only ran into a small issue. Kevin, the manager, helped me out and honestly made everything super easy. He was friendly, quick, and actually cared about getting things sorted. Really appreciated the help.

***Do Not Move Here!*** Roaches, moths, ants and millipedes! They WILL charge you to move out (deep carpet cleaning)! They want YOU to clean after yourself when they have a full maintenance team! These fees did not exist when I first lived here back in 2018! You will be paying more for less quality of living. Whoever has acquired this property in recent years has chosen to spend less money on proper pest control and to charge residents more rent and move-out fees. This is theft! They will also overcharge you for water for no reason! What a joke! They can’t even keep our units free of pests, or the hallways free of pet feces/urine. I recently applied for an apartment that got approved. The leasing agent was out when I wanted to tour, but another lady stepped in and showed me the apartment. I called and left 3 vm with the management office with no return call. It was only $50, but it was a waste. It did not feel very welcoming, and I was out of time on needing a place to live.

I'll start with the positive. I really like my apartment. Open concept, full size washer and dryers and overall the leasing staff seem friendly enough. The biggest reason I took this apartment was because they had no breed restrictions or weight restrictions for my dogs. Hence the one star. Cons: Move-In Condition - (a) Upon moving in there was dog feces caked/dried onto my patio. I had to clean and scrub it myself before my husband and I were comfortable using it. (b) Cabinets were not cleaned. I had to clean them all out myself before I could put dishes in there. There was rice and other food left overs from the previous resident. (c) There was a funky smell in our bedroom. My husband caught a lovely sinus infection upon graduating boot camp and happened to share it with me. The Jerse
