Pool is always down for maintainance issues. Place was new upon move in but the pool has a deep crack in it already so bad that the light is almost out of its enclosure doesnt seem safe.. Was told we were getting a dog park when i moved in last summer, never happened. The stairs and common area flooring are ill kept and stained and not super well laid out if you have pets that need to go outside. No grass other than the one far side of the building. The kitchens lack storage. Amazing neighbors, but seems like builder was being as cheap as possible with fixtures. Flooring had several issues. Bad edging at baseboards, tiles sloppily laid in bathrooms. I feel like overall this property was a miss. I planned on staying here at the start of the year, but am unfortunately now looking into optio

coming back to edit just this line since the review was commented on by the property. *THIS REVIEW WAS MADE BASED OFF OF 14 MONTHS OF LIVING HERE. Not just this last week of living here. ☺️* I’ve lived here for over a year now and when my lease ends I will NOT be renewing. To start, they promised lots of additions when moving in that never got fulfilled that i’m assuming we pay for - like a dog park. we have two medium/large comfort dogs that’s we were hoping to allow play time for when they said they were building it as we moved in.. never happened. more often than not the doggy stations are out of bags or the trash is overflowing. The apartment itself looks nice and new but they are cheaply structure. especially for what you pay each month. We moved into a brand new unit, nobody had rent

Issue I had was never fixed when maintenance came into my apartment they left a mess & had to be called back to clean up after themselves, attempted violation of privacy due to lying staff, staff never in office unless trying to get money, in other words showing an apartment. Unprofessional staff discussing my personal business in common area instead of a professional sit down in the privacy of her office!

Do NOT! I repeat DO NOT move into this place if you are someone of color. The neighbors are extremely nosey and make complaints about any and everything! Bridget the property manager seems sweet upon moving in. But that quickly changed, she is not the best to communicate with. Bad attitude, very rude. It sucks because this is a new establishment and the units are nice, but the environment is lacking deeply.

This property is outstanding! From the elegant design to the friendly community and amazing management, it's a perfect place to call home. The spacious, modern apartments are filled with natural light, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are top-notch.
