Destiny Homes

My husband and I had a great experience with Destiny for our first home. We enjoyed the warranties, semi-customization, customer service, and the ability to pick our own lot and floor plan. Great option for first time home buyers!

Destiny Homes has by far exceed all my expectations. Ken Portsche has been amazing helping with the warranty process. Warranty is amazing. I would definitely recommend to my family or anyone to use Destiny Home to built their forever home, process was fun.

Update: It's now been 7 months in this home. And the list of issues is longer. - master shower was replaced. The seat was leaking and was completely soaked. It made the bathroom smell musty. The top of the shower had legit drywall. (You don't use drywall in showers!) - the waterproofing for the basement wasn't done correctly on one side. The contractor who did it won't respond and the warranty company won't cover any basement flooding if it comes from that area. - one eave was left open along two sides. I only noticed when I was on a ladder. I guess bats, mice, etc aren't a concern for Destiny. If you can't see it, it's "mint". It was so open, you could fit multiple fingers in the spacing...the entire length of the eave. - the fireplace has huge drafts of air. I guess that's next to be fix

Looking for a company to build the house of your dreams? Look no further. Destiny homes is amazing! Unsure of what floor plan I wanted I was able to walk through the house before starting the process of breaking ground. Once I decided on a plan, we scheduled the design meeting where their designer Marcia had a ton of options to choose from. It felt like it was no time at all and they were telling us our forever home was ready! We couldn’t wait to get our family in and start making memories. The kids are in love and so are we!! If you’re on the fence about building, make the jump with Destiny, you won’t regret it! The little details of this company against others I’ve seen in our search makes them the obvious choice.10/10 will recommend to everyone we know…I also have to add, their agent

We built with Destiny Homes Dec 2023-Feb 2024. The building process was so smooth and any hickup was corrected quickly and made right! They were open to any idea and worked to make our dream home what we have always wanted! Highly recommend!
