I came in looking for a place for my daughter who recently accepted a position here in Iowa. From the moment Sabrina, the Assistant Property Manager, introduced herself, I knew we were in good hands. She was professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. From the tour to the moment we had keys in hand, Sabrina went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her service truly made the whole experience easy and stress free! When we have maintenance issues they have been handled quickly and they are super friendly. I recommend all the staff at 11fifty, they all have went above and beyond to make the process extremely smooth.

I moved to the 11fifty apartments a couple months ago and since my first tour, everything has been a breeze. A couple of very minor maintenance requests got solved almost immediately and with the best attitude to help. Additionally, I had some lease modifications with a weird personal situation that I had to deal with, but Jake has been nothing but helpful and always tried to do everything as quick as possible. He is highly proactive and never left a task undone, he always contacted me with updates so that I could have some peace of mind with the roommate lease modifications. Overall, great apartment complex, and amazing staff always available to help.

Jake was a big help. He made moving in very smoothly and was very understanding of my wants and needs and helped me find my perfect fit. Very sweet very kind Jake was very helpful from getting moved in and after. Was a great experience!
