I cannot recommend Blake enough I will never use another lender. I was a first time home buyer and had no clue what I was doing. Blake walked me through the entire process and answered all of my (million) questions so thoroughly. Always got back to me right away, made sure I understood my options, and I had a quick close window and Blake got it done for me no problem. Truly cannot recommend him enough, he did an outstanding job and made the experience of buying my first home exciting and easy. 5/5 stars every day!

My husband and I are in our mid 20's and were looking to buy our very first home! After getting our hopes up a few times our realtor got us set up with Blake. Wow! From the very beginning he was so encouraging and such a hard worker. We had a more difficult case than most and each step of the way Blake and his team were on it and explaining things to us in terms we could understand. He went out of his way to make sure we were understanding the process and was available every time we had questions. We 100% recommend Blake and his team if you are looking to purchase a home! Blake and his team at Gershman are the best! This was our first time buying a home and Blake made our experience stress free and treated us like family. The entire team provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and were prompt in responding to any questions we had. Their step by step section on the Gershman app is great for tracking progress and ensuring you’ve submitted all the information the team needs. Blake’s podcast Mortgage Made Simple was also super helpful and informative. All of the episodes are great if you want to take more notes or dive deeper into the home buying/owning experience!
