I LOVED living here!! Diane was the absolute sweetest --- one day she noticed me using the handicap parking by the leasing office (since it was the closest handicap spot to my building and I am physically disabled), and by the next morning she had a personal Handicap spot put in front of my building to prevent me from overexerting myself. They care so much about their residents --- you can tell in the maintenance responsiveness, their care for any accessibility concerns, and their warm (almost maternal) affects in the office. They're patient, even with "stupid" questions those of us new to apartment living may have. I just adore them!! On the 3 Bedroom: The units themselves are cooled with only a single window-sized AC unit, which is not enough to keep the apartment cool. If you have dysa
Don’t expect to get much of your security deposit back, no matter how well you clean, it won’t make much difference. The rent is cheap, but the costs catch up in the long run. I do think management means well, but the lack of transparency with the security deposit refund left a bad impression. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because maintenance generally responded pretty well when issues came up. I’ve since moved into a newer, larger, and nicer apartment with more amenities like in-unit laundry and a dishwasher, and I’m only paying about $75 more per month. The utilities are also about half the price, so it basically evens out. I’d strongly recommend looking around before settling with The Mill.
Where should I start? This place is the bottom of the barrel. The apartment complex is not even 1 star. It is old, stinky, full of mold and mildew. Everything is old and dilapidated. Bug and mice issues. Don't expect to get most of your security deposit back. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Hours and hours were spent cleaning after move out and looked better than move in but they charged for every little thing that they deemed needed to be replaced or repaired. Be prepared to get multiple aggressive texts about crap that doesn't apply to you. The laundry facility is a joke. My daughter lost hundreds of dollars of clothes that were burned. Their response? Yeah not our problem. In the winter you will pay $400 a month for baseboard heat and you will still freeze to death. In t
I have given it 4 stars after weighing the pros and cons of living here (at the end). I lived here for 2 years. For the first apartment they told us that we had a new carpet but it was full of pet hair (we didnt complain). We had to vacuum 3-4 times to get everything out. After move out the first time we had the inspection done in front of us and they told us we would have "minimal deductions". When we got the refund they added more deductions after the fact. It was not a big problem because the deposit was only $400 for the whole apartment. The second year they actually gave us new carpet (replaced carpet for everyone) and a new fridge. Move-out for the 2nd year was worse and it was a mistake not be present. They added $5 here, $10 there for things I had personally cleaned. These $5, $1
Been living here for several months, Ms.Diane, Ms.Roxy, and maintenance are amazing. The one time I needed maintenance, they were here in 20 min. Mr. Brandon was extremely polite and quick. The apartments are a little old but it’s very kept up with. They are always updating everything (roofs and gutters etc), treating, and cleaning. It has a lot of parking and it’s quiet. I also love that’s it’s right by Kroger and Oasis (Asian store). The apartment is warm, functional, and clean. I pay significantly less money than my friends do but keep in mind that there is no in unit laundry or dishwasher (this is not a big deal for me).
