Very convenient area! By all the stuff you need in richland..the remodeling done to the place is very cute! Outside areas are kept clean. They do a good job at getting back to you when you need something! The laundry and washer mat we have is such a life saver when you don't wanna go anywhere. Would recommend for anyone who's living alone. They're also pet friendly and affordable when ya catch the special they got going on!!

These apartments have been very nice so far. While I have only been staying there a short while, I have no complaints about it. The location is great! Within walking distance of several restaurants and businesses. The laundry room is nice and decently priced. And the rent is a fair price.

Roaches 🪳 infested apartments. I have made many respectful complaints on multiple occasions and was told over a month ago that the Roach problem would be resolved. Unfortunately, over a month later, I am still seeing live roaches daily and no pest control in sight. If the roach problem would have been taken care of when I first complained, I would only be seeing dead roaches. If you’re excited about having roaches for neighbors these will be the apartments for you. The walls are paper thin. I’m lucky enough to have nice neighbors but I frequently hear loud music in the parking lot late at night.

Beware! My family came from out of town and parked and got their car towed within 30 minutes. No visible signs to warn Farmer Market costumers to not park on this street. Young adults. Single moms. Pregnant women. All came back to find their cars had been towed. This hotel owner had over 20 vehicles towed within an hour. They have no business right now. This is a shady business. Getting kickbacks probably from the tow company. Predatory on all levels. No customers parked in their large parking lot. In fact, had a large truck blocking their parking lot. Weird! The cars were towed at 10 am. Cars towed need an explanation and apology and money back. Horrible way to treat people. My family had to pay $420 to the tow truck company. This property is absolutely amazing! I saw what it was like before and the rehab was done beautifully! Reading the reviews trying to decide if I would like to move there I see a lot of people angry because their vehicles were towed due to them going to the farmers market. Sounds like they don’t understand that this is private property and it is reserved for the residents, not really managements fault. Sounds like management is dedicated to providing great service for their residents
