The Levinson

Until the Christmas time period, I would say I was generally very satisfied. There was an ongoing issue last spring with the smell from neighbors continuously smoking pot. In the transition from Megan to David, I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance from management for more than two months. David fixed the problem very quickly and even offered a rent discount for the inconvenience or assistance in moving your newest facility. I love the apartment and the convenience so I declined both. Things were great after that. Since David left, I have been very disappointed. I have still not met the new property manager (not Nicole). My contacts with her have been a fine for leaving my trash container out too late (never a warning and the first time I know of anyone being fined) diff

I cannot say enough good things about Nicole Kirby. She was unbelievably kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful toward both myself and my family. Her prompt communication, professionalism, and ability to handle a challenging situation with care made a meaningful difference. It is exactly this level of care and excellence that makes a property worth staying with, and Nicole is a significant reason I would choose to renew my lease.

I enjoy living at The Levinson Apartments. They're nice, clean and close to everything downtown Noblesville. David the Property Manager is Awesome! Always quick to respond and always on top of things. Very personable and always greets me with a smile and kindness.

I’ve only lived at the Levinson for about a month, but I’m loving my experience so far! The units are really nice, they take great care of the building, and maintenance is great. David has been very personable and kind throughout my whole experience. He has been very accommodating and patient in answering all of my questions.

Abandoned vehicles, homeless sleeping at elevators, tenants are smoking pot and halls reek of it. Have complained several times as others have also. Multiple managers have disregarded our complaints. This is just ridiculous that nothing has been done.
