Redwood Noblesville Harewood Drive

My family and I had a great experience with Redwood starting from our first look at their on-line site, to our self guided tour, then with the application process and the on site team was always friendly and helpful, even when we had one more question many times over… And, it is obvious that the builder put effort into these units making them energy efficient and bringing in style with the cathedral ceiling that makes everything feel more open, to the well designed units that use all of the space so that there is actually a large walk-in pantry, broom closet for all cleaning supplies, a coat closet, and linen closets in bathrooms. This is definitely a well thought out home plan for a single person to a family!

After the first extreme cold snap we had several cracks in the walls where they met the ceiling. It required major work. Repair of the drywall, patching, new taping and mudding sanding additional screws and what a mess. It took a few days but Austin did a fantastic job while he was keeping up with his regular duties. He made the place look great again.

I left several messages at the office via voicemail but either were playing phone tag or no call back. After putting in my problem on the Redwood portal then I got results. When the maintenance man came, he fixed my problem promptly. I guess I should have gone to the website first.

I reported my dishwasher was leaking, Mark from maintenance checked out the seal on the door was broken, they ordered a new dishwasher, as soon as it came in they called and installed next day. Very neat and clean installation. I am very happy the way Redwood sees to your apartment, and notifications when they are going to do routine maintenance.
