Zero stars if that were an option. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. Out of nowhere, unexplained fees started appearing on our account. A random 700$ charge with no description. Then a new rent charge was added after our account had already reflected as paid. Then a late fee was added — and only after that were we contacted about any supposed balance. There was no clear explanation, no itemized breakdown, no proactive communication. Just charges appearing and penalties stacking up. When we tried to resolve it in person, the office was closed during posted business hours. Multiple residents were outside trying to get in. I would give zero stars if I could. This is hands-down the worst place I have lived in 20 years. The office staff is completely indifferent and fails to communicate. We have dealt with a plethora of billing errors and a constant struggle to get our lease ended on the correct date—an issue we are still fighting weeks later. Despite visiting the office multiple times during posted business hours, it is consistently empty. To make matters worse, we’ve reached out to the corporate office via phone and email and have received no response whatsoever.
My daughter and her roommates have had the most horrible experience with this community! They have lived here since March and the AC has never worked. Consistently promise to repair but never have. They were finally provided window units for the bedrooms the beginning of August after months of electric bills near $300 from trying to run A/C. They first reported this in issue in May and are STILL (November) waiting for someone to fix it. They report it repeatedly several times per month, and are told a ”professional is coming in because maintenance doesn’t know how to fix this issue”. At this point I’m convinced the professional is coming by foot from Alaska. The washer did not work the first 3 months, the dryer was out for a month.. They had to use a laundry mat and was never offered a con
🚩DO NOT USE WATER OR DOG PARK🚩 (I’ll update this review when I’m contacted and things are fixed) My apartment: •washer has a detached drum and was called in over a month ago now with ZERO updates or eta both times we asked for them •tap water has TREMENDOUS sediment that has ruined several articles of clothing and dishes (WHILE USING NEW PUR FILTERS) meanwhile the dishwasher is corroding Dog Park: •multiple foot tall holes in the fence since I moved in •several foot wide holes for over 2 months (be careful walking and playing) •ANTIFREEZE was laying on its side pouring onto the ground next to entrance of the park (1 LICK WILL KILL YOUR DOG) Others: •fist-sized hole in laundry door •maintenance broke the other laundry door and didn’t say anything I am writing this review to provide evi
I lived in these apartments over A YEAR AGO. I went through a pretty rough divorce and could not afford these overpriced apartments that I was constantly having issues with. Dishwasher broke, microwave broke, air conditioning wouldn’t work, trash not getting picked up. Their excuse was maintenance was understaffed. So I moved. I was put on a 6 month payment plan to finish out my lease. I paid the first of the month every single month. Yesterday I got a call from collections that $200 some odd dollars is owed. THIS IS NOT ACCURATE. I had a cashiers check made out to them from my bank. No one ever called me to tell me I was being sent to collections. Not one phone call. Not even an email.
