Pebble Brook Village Apartments

Per Usual, Maintenance is Amazing!!!! Always come through quickly to fix issues! The apartments are really super nice to say they are older apartments, so thank you maintenance for fixing the A/C, the sink faucet, giving me touch up paint, fixing the crack glass in Master Bedroom, and the sticking door! You guys are truly amazing!! A+++ Ps I know i’m a needy tenant, sorry!!!

Overall the grounds are nice and the community is decent. When regarding staff, it seems very unorganized, have a nasty attitude that’s coming from maintenance, the front desk and HR. They do a terrible job communicating between staff and residents. Amenities are nothing special very basic and the pool is small. Parking is a nightmare. They tried to charge $200 to each resident for a mistake they made with the water company. My AC was out for about 2 weeks during the hottest month of the year. Barely did anything to compensate. When moved out they tried to Upcharge me on multiple things. They are very money driven. And will find anything to charge you for even when you do things correctly.

We lived in Pebble Brook Village for a little over 5 years, and it was always a peaceful place to call home. We went through several management teams, but the current one is truly outstanding. Ana and Mr. Mike are 5-star in every way — their attention and service are exceptional. Highly recommended!

Windows and doors leak cold air like crazy, closet in bedroom(no windows at all) freezing cold rent is way to high for the state of the apartments garages are 95 a month aren't finished and many of them have rotted wood parking is always horrible... I've given up trying anything here can't wait until lease is up lots of way better apartments with better pricing or at least in better condition with way better garages at cheaper prices Couple of the people in office are nice I guess but this place is honestly the worst apartment I've rented personally... I know there is worse out there but for me it's been the worst one yet At the prices I can't recommend this place if the prices were lower maybe but they are ran down and not worth the current prices Also people do not clean up after pets

I recently moved out of here after 2 years on a first floor unit. As always living on the first floor you will hear just about everything above you. My neighbors above me were extremely loud to the point my windows would shake from the kids jumping off their bed, but I understood it is a shared space. I enjoyed the amenities and maintenance was really quick to fix things. They were understanding that the buildings were older and things tend to break. Highly suggest insulating your windows since the windows have huge drafts. We also had two windows that continued to leak when it would rain. The office staff were helpful half the time. This summer our air conditioning went out and I called in the morning to get it fixed since it was a heat wave that week. The office lady told me it was only
