Millstone of Noblesville Apartments

The apartment complex itself is really nice, the staff is a plus everyone is very helpful and nice. Even maintenance is amazing. Adrian from maintenance came and helped out around our house today and was a great guy. Looking forward to continuing to live here!

I love the new apartment, and Jordan was simply amazing during this whole process. However, several issues with the apartment. All brought to the office attention. Unfortunately, nothing with the exception of the trash can was addressed, Including the master bath shower not draining. It seems to me the apartment should have been checked and found to be in 100% excellent condition prior to moving in a new tenant. Very disappointed.

Love living here as a whole but i wanted to give thanks to the maintenance man Adrian. He is the best. So fast and friendly. Always super informative and answers all questions no matter how silly they are. We appreciate his hard work! Thanks Adrian!

Went there for a tour, they gave me a paper with a door code and the address and sent me on my merry way on my own to go see the apartment. That alone was a red flag for me because who in the world sends prospective tenants who don't know the property to do a tour on their own?!? Then it gets worse. Went up three flights of stairs on the wrong side of the building. I should have left then, but I thought "Oh well, I'm already here". When I finally found the right apartment, the code on the paper didn't work. That was it for me, I didn't even bother trying to see the place anymore and simply left.

Moved here literally a week ago, and although there were a few issues w the apartment, all being resolved...I had previously given all praise to Clayton for being amazing. I am sure that he is! But, I just learned today that the amazing person helping me w this entire move, all details, since August.....was JORDAN. Jordan is 💣
