I enjoyed my tour with Emma at Nexus! She did a great job explaining all the features, answering most of my questions. What she couldn’t answer, she found out the answer and emailed with the answer. I was definitely sold on N custody and applied the same afternoon. I am excited to say, I will be a new resident before the end of the month!! Grateful, thankful and blessed! Julie T.

We moved into Nexus Apartments in August 2024, and this has been the worst renting experience we’ve ever had. Residents are fined over minor trash “violations” based on how valet trash employees think bags should be packaged, which feels excessive and unreasonable. Meanwhile, actual maintenance issues that affect health and safety have been ongoing. Our bathroom ceiling developed mold and had to have drywall cut out, as well as mold removal, — making the bathroom unusable — not once, but twice within just a few months. Now, during the recent cold front and snowstorm, two of our windows cracked. One of them is so drafty we’ve had to tape up cardboard and hang blankets just to keep cold air out. Our young children have been complaining about how cold it is inside the unit and are sleeping

I really appreciate Ariana Walker’s exceptional assistance, as well as the entire leasing office team, for helping me find the perfect apartment for me. The entire process was smooth, supportive, and incredibly welcoming. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Upon moving into my place I noticed a gnat infestation in the apartment and found dead bugs in the freezer and live bugs that were coming out of the water dispenser on the fridge. In addition to this, a moldy trash can was left in the closet and left a smell I could not get out with bleach, food and broken glass were found behind one of the appliances, and I later found grime and maggots in the dishwasher. It took 5 days for these issues to be rectified properly meaning the fridge was actually cleaned (initially the bugs were just wiped out of it), the smelly dishwasher was replaced (the first “remedy” was spraying it with bleach and running the dishwasher) and getting behind the appliance cleaned. Being 19 and a first time renter was a nerve wracking experience. Although Kelli helped me out through the process and answered any questions I had. She made it a very easy process with setting everything up and gave me a warm welcoming experience on my tour. 10/10 experience at the Nexus with Kelli!
