The Lakes at Town Center

Starting off, the woman touring us gave no greeting or name about her. Her attitude was terrible. She had us drive in our car and follow her in her own vehicle. She drove us to the apartment in a hurry only told us how it would be expensive unless we moved in within a week... No information on the amenities or showing us anything around the property. We have a feeling she didnt think we could afford it. She seemed very dry and irritable and unhappy to be doing her job. Once we drove back to leasing she told us to "keep looking." No other words were exchanged and our conversation was very cut short as if we were just wasting her precious paid time. Unfortunately its disappointing because we love the area and would consider it! But if that is the energy just from her, I can't imagine anythin

Tony in maintenance was super helpful and nice and resolved our issues quickly! He was also very fast with responding to an after hours emergent maintenance request. The office staff is also amazing to deal with. Overall great place, great price compared to others, super clean and cute apartments and military friendly.

It is clear that the 5 star reviews are all just so employees get bonuses. The dryer in our unit was broken for 2 months. The was a leak in the unit above causing water to pour through the ceiling. The water damage was never adequately repaired. They only added plaster over the top of the water damage. The apartments are extremely load being so close to the highway. They are terrible to work with. The front gate is always broken.

If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD ! Chandler Residential, Inc. has to be the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL realtors I have ever come across in my years of renting ! They are preventing me from moving into a new place by not signing a promissory note ! I have been requesting these documents since August 22nd ! After being lied to that they are not the ones who provide these documents when in all actuality they are ! I had to physically go to my old complex 4 times just to receive 1 of the 2 documents required for me to pay months of rent I wasn’t even living in the apartment for . I have met with agency that has approved me to pay the balance left at the complex and their giving me a hard time PAYING THEM THEIR MONEY ! This is an update to my original post as it was taken down. I want to make sure to leave an honest review in hopes to save someone or everyone the headache of living here. Recommend staying away from this apartment complex. My husband and I are active duty and lived there for less than 3 months while we were waiting for our house to finish being built. Amy was the leasing rep that we worked with. She was completely unprofessional as she did not appear to want to do her job and lied to us. She ensured us that the apartment would be cleaned and it was not by any means. We had to address this with Liz (supervisor) and inform her that Amy did not want to do a walk-through with us and that the apartment was not in good standing. The apartment constantly had issues from the A/C going out numer
