I have lived here for 2 years now and the grounds have always been well managed and maintenance has always been prompt and friendly. The staff here hold events for residents often which helps build community and I really appreciate that. It is quiet in the neighborhood and they are also pet friendly. I really wish the apartments had more recessed lighting, so be prepared to bring lamps to light the common areas and bedrooms. There is also a trail connecting the community to the huckleberry ridge trail, which I LOVE, it is super convenient to just be able to hop onto it with the dog! Overall I really think the living spaces are great and spacious. The location is great for va tech students as you are close to Christiansburg shopping center but also far enough from the campus so it is not bu

I’ve lived in this apartment for five years, and it truly felt like home. From the beginning, the staff and maintenance crew have been incredibly generous, professional, and responsive. Any time an issue came up—like when there was flooding in the apartment—they handled it quickly and effectively, which made a big difference in my peace of mind. The apartment itself is well-finished and has held up great over the years. It’s been a comfortable, reliable space that I’ve been proud to call home. Leaving isn’t easy, but I’m so grateful for all the memories and the people who made this place feel special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable and welcoming place to live.

* RENTER BEWARE * If you teach at or attend Virginia Tech, stay away from this place. Management is NOT responsive to serious issues like repeated biohazard vandalism. A relative of ours is staying here and her car, as well as others, have been smeared with feces during the past few weeks. This is a public HEALTH HAZARD. We sent an e-mail to property management and have not heard back. Apartment management matters—look elsewhere for better service and a more responsive team!

You need to read the bad reviews, and 100% take it into consideration. This place is plain robbery. These people went into our apartment took photos of the apartment before we removed all the stuff, turn in keys and cleaned it, and then months later, they proceeded to charge 600 dollars for cleaning fees?? We turn in the keys after we clean the whole apartment and carpet. But somehow, magically, now they are charging 600 because they thought they cleaned the apartment and because they took photos of it before being cleaned? This is ridiculous. In this paper, you can see the photos they took, and the other photos are the items we have in our new apartment, the same items! Moreover, another photo is taken with the time and date of moving out, and you can see the apartment is clean! All thos

I rarely write reviews. I was moved to write this one as I am heading into my sixth year renting here. I recently moved apartments in the complex and April, Rochelle, and Susan in the office, plus the maintenance staff, made it as easy as moving can be. They helped me by listening and understanding my needs - older dog and migraines - and helped me find the right place in the complex. Note - if you are light sensitive, go with Phase 2. It is a luxury apartment and if you keep it that way with maintenance’s help, moving out is a breeze. (4 stars is only because I haven’t always had the best staff in the front office - this team is 5 stars!)
