Living here has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are modern and well-kept, the community is clean and peaceful, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team is professional, caring, and truly committed to residents' comfort. It's a great place to call home.

Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE.i have made a previous post showing the grand Hamptons true colors and they deleted it.Everyone in the office and on maintenance is completely lazy constantly trash everywhere they very rarely actually call pest control for tenants if your lease is almost up THEY WILL NOT RENEW THE PROPERTY IS FOR SALE FOR DEMOLITION.This place is not worth any money

UNPROFESSIONAL!! Ghetto complex there’s always shootings, compromised utilizes/ amenities, complex floods and you can’t get out. No rental office number and starock is impossible to speak to anyone.

Grandhams and apartments was willing to work with me for a bit and a long time at the miss dominelson and her office manager. Everyone did such a great job to get me into my apartment. I've been here only for about a week. And I love it and they worked very well hard with me. They respected me and they gave me time to get my things together and eventually, I hope to lose my children in here. And God bless all of you.Thank you so much tottles.

The ONLY reason I still live here is because of my dogs' breed being accepted here. For months (I'm talking since last about August), we've had ONGOING issues with our air conditioning. It took me emailing corporate in November to FINALLY have it resolved by a contractor. About a MONTH ago, they came and took it upon THEMSELVES to cut our AC OFF and advised us it was to fix the issue of it icing over outside. Since then, there have been warm snaps and we've been without air. MULTIPLE times, we have called and dropped by the office and it's still not turned back on. Since Monday, my boyfriend and I have been fighting covid and the flu and the fevers that come along with it. Today, I called AGAIN practically BEGGING someone to come turn it back on. We were 1st told someone would come. I wait
