The Franklin

I had a really great experience with the Franklin! They got me into tour very quickly and settled into an apartment meeting my criteria. The staff were fantastic! I had a couple issues with direct deposit and they worked with me to correct the issue. I also had a major medical issue that complicated things that they worked with me through very successfully. I will miss Jamie and Angel’s kind greetings in the afternoons. Any issues I had the staff were willing to work with me on. I appreciated the staff would follow up on the rules they expected. The apartment itself was great! Small space perfect for one or two individuals. I would recommend the west facing apartments as they have a nice view of the ridge too. Do keep in mind there is not an oven or full kitchen, which was fine for me. The

I absolutely adore the Franklin. The property is well kept and clean. The property managers are very knowledgeable with any property concerns. Angel is extremely welcoming and kind. Jaime is really helpful with paperwork requirements. I personally, feel very safe and secure being here.

Angel is a really great help when it comes to needing assistance she is always super kind and treats us like family I definitely recommend this place. Great clean place to reside we have never had any issues here and they even keep the pool clean and looking nice and blue everyday

I would like to say the rental property that I stayed at the Franklin apartment was very pleasant. The lady Angel was very helpful. If there were more people like her to assist you in your stay at any rental property she would be the person to have. She was very friendly. Very willing to help for whatever needs that needed to be done. I could go on and on and on. I just want to say she was the most pleasurable person that I dealt with at the Franklin apartments on 1515 George Washington way for the year that I stayed there. She went above and beyond the call of duty

This is a great option. They lady's tuning the place really make you feel welcomed and the front lady's are always so kind and willing to help. It's clean well taken care of they even do your laundry and internet is covered and my husband and I both game and it work great. It is small small but it comes with everything you need the shower is big and can be used as a tub. The have a great restaurant inside and free coffee and drinks up front for residents. They are open everyday. They even do your laundry bring it back clean and folded. I really enjoy it I'm excited to be here for the time that I am here whether you want to be here for a long time or a short time this place is great. Despite being in close proximity to other people I've yet to be disturbed by noises of anything or anyone's
