Leaving this review as somebody who has been living here for over a year and it just kind of fed up. I also think everybody should be aware of what they are getting into. When I first moved there in June of 2024, my AC went out while I was out of town and it took them from June 2024 to August 2024 to fix it. This was after multiple request, tickets and stopping by the office. I wasn’t until I threatened to hold rent in escrow due to the possible mold growing in my apartment because it had been so hot and humid, that they finally decided to fix it. They will say they could only go through approved contractors, but I don’t believe that it's a coincidence that my AC got fixed within the week of my threat. The Connelly Apartment community is quiet, clean, and attractive. The office staff, Ashley and Nyani are welcoming, professional, hospitable, and knowledgeable in their jobs. After my initial visit, I could look no further. The tour was informative, all of my inquiries were addressed promptly and with smiles. Their friendly and caring personalities make me feel right at home.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE AND ROACHES WELCOME YOU IN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND & THEY DONT FIX NOTHING..YOU MOVE IN A WEEK AFTER THEY “FIX YOUR APARTMENT” , MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES AND WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN! THE ROACHES EVEN SLEEP WITH YOU, UNCOMFORTABLE & DISGUSTING PLACE ! NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR ENERGY! 0/10 OH THEY WASHER & DRYERS DOESNT WORK BY THE WAY..A WASTE!

This apartment is the worst place to rent. Ladies in the office have no manners , rude, and sitting in the office doing nothing but busy on their phones and chatting. The management needs to get their act together and hire trained people . The apts are old and disgusting with plenty of roaches if you would like to live with rodents, put in maintence request many months ago and still have not got it done. Every month you'll pay $5 for a pest control? waste of money, and still have these roaches climbing while sleeping. They tried to scam all tenants . All the dry / wash units are terrible with loud noise , damaged and broken. All the kitchen appliances are old and worn down. Making you pay money which was not worth it. I just want to say I lived in two different apartments in this complex and it was one renovated and one classic both had roaches nets all the time outside the building will get in once you open door come through drain there drains always clogged washer dryer horrible dryer doesn't dry washer leak water and management horrible they 2ant you to pay rent on time and pay almost 1800 for and apartment that's not luxury I paid 1571 plus 150$ for water 5$ fee for the to spray which they never actually did so your paying a whole bunch of fees for no reason horrible I stopped paying rent because of mold in my apartment on carpet and at this point I couldn't reach anyone to let them know about issue yall please run from this place I promise it's overpriced doesn't look like pictures they stop answer
