DO NOT MOVE HERE. I just moved out and couldn’t be happier. Every single person that works there should be fired. I had absolutely no hot water for over 3 months. The first time I told them I was ignored for two weeks with multiple attempts to contact them. It wasn’t until I mentioned getting a lawyer that they finally replied. They basically tried to say I was lying so I took a videos taking the water temp multiple times a day, everyday for 3 months. They refused to do anything and wouldn’t let me out of my lease. I should’ve just sued but didn’t have the time. I finally told them I was calling code enforcement and the day the township inspector showed up they had a plumber out to fix it. Now when I move out they try to charge me $200 for carpet cleaning and a cheap set of blinds that wa

The complex is good. Needs some updates to sub floors (floors squeek)and laundry facility. Management changes all the time and very difficult to contact. Have to pay extra for pool and gym access so never used. Main halls do not get cleaned often.

I love living here! Extremely peaceful, clean & newly renovated! Very convenient location, being that everything you need is local! The workers in the main office are extremely respectful, professional and understanding! Even with any maintenance! I needed a new A/c because the circuit blew, and just like all the employees working there. The Maintenance man was very timely, quick responding to my maintenance request, very professional and respectful!!! Overall, as long as they don’t play games with MY RENT when it comes time to renew the lease, I would say this place is perfect! Thank you to all the Norris Hills Employees that contributed to this!

You will be charged fees for moving out even if you truly clean the apartment. The upstairs neighbors caused my sink to overflow which resulted in a stain on the kitchen floor that was visible into move out, apparently. Paid rent for the last month but they still expect rent for days after the keys were returned. Apartments have thin walls, awful flooring and ceiling so you hear the neighbors at all times. Nothing is done about it after informing the apartment and trying to talk to other tenants. Rent is too high for what you get. There is better for the same price!

EDIT* since they have replied to my review i have tried to get in contact with them! I have gotten nothing back. They make it very easy to get into these apartments, and make it extremely difficult to even get someone on the phone. Norris hills Is absolutely the most disgusting and terrible place to live. Cannot wait to get out of here. They will not fix my radiator that is falling apart. My year and a half old son has cut himself on multiple times. I have asked numerous times to have it be fixed, Have tried contacting the office multiple times, Made multiple maintenance request, Etc. And i get absolutely nothing. Roaches, fire alarms at night, annoying neighbors, cigarette/weed odor, terrible maintenance, terrible management, disgusting parking lot, no W/D, no dishwasher, and paper thin
