The Commons at Greenway Park

I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. After living here for almost a year, it’s been nothing short of a disaster with constant issues. From horrendous communication with management to ZERO amenities (can’t even blame COVID for that), awful insulation (literally had cups of water freeze in a corner bedroom during winter) to nonstop fuses being blown, I cannot wait to get out of this place. Every single community amenity listed on the website has not been available the entire time we’ve lived here, aside from the fitness center (which didn't finally open until a few months ago). Pool/playground/dog park were all supposed to finally be finished and open early this summer, but instead sat untouched and half-built the entire season, with zero explanation as to why. I’ve enjoyed living here. The maintenance, pool, clubhouse, dog park, and fitness room are all well maintained. Parking has been convenient, and the monthly garage option without a contract has been a great benefit. There are only two downsides I’ve experienced: 1. While having access to a patio is nice, it’s not very spacious — both in terms of the concrete flooring area and the lack of shade. 2. When it comes to renewing the lease, they’re asking for a 20–30% increase, whereas new leases are being offered at or below the original rates I signed on.

It says they have a playground, pool, dog park, picnic/BBQ area, etc. I drove over there to check it out and talked to some of the people living there who happened to be outside.The people there are very disappointed! As of a week ago, there was no picnic area, no playground, no dog park, and the pool is not done.They also said they are paying for their internet.It is not included in the rent.I took pics of the pool (disgusting!) and where the playground and dog park are evidently supposed to be.I am looking somewhere else!

They never fix anything. The AC unit wasn’t set up with a drip pan and it flooded the ceiling then down through the walls. There was black mold in the pantry kitchen, and half bath from this. They left the ceiling open and leaking for months. The entire dining room was flooding and it started to deep into the carpet of the living room. We had to lay down cardboard boxes and hop from box to box through the whole ground floor for months to avoid the water. We had to use spare litter boxes to try and catch the water. Then they gave us a huge move out bill and tried to blame this all on us. Here’s a few photos for proof. If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I would!! The property manager here goes above and beyond for all her residents! The townhome style apartment that I stay in is super roomy at a wonderful price. Can’t wait to spend forever here! 🤍
