The Colby at Castle Hills

Chanel at The Colby at Castle Hills was absolutely wonderful. This beautiful, well-kept property immediately felt welcoming, and Chanel greeted me with a warm smile. She was so bubbly and full of positive energy, listened attentively, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this property. It’s truly a place you can call home sweet home. I’ve lived at this property long enough to see both sides of its story, and the difference between the previous management and the new team is nothing short of night and day. The old management was disorganized, unresponsive, and let the community slip into neglect. Fast forward to today, and the property has undergone a complete transformation. The new management team truly takes pride in this community. The grounds are spotless, maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and there is a clear sense of care that simply did not exist before. I believe the maintenance guy’s name is Billy that came out to assist us when the faucet broke to the bathtub. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the situation. He got the job done very quickly, so we could use that bathroom until the piece arrives to repair it. Awesome job!

I have only great things to say about this property and their 👩🏼‍💻 staff! The apartments are big and ✨beautiful✨ This property has a Safe environment amazing pool, and a very good equipped gym I love it ❣️! The staff is always helpful and prompt! The maintenance 🛠️ team are quick to fix any issues in your unit and the team are very good on keep the grounds clean and nice. Company must have a very good training, All staff from the front office is always in a good attitude 😊 and will response to all your questions in a good manner. They have a great communication and are good at keeping you updated with 📝 events and information.

I came back to edit my review because there is so much more I need to add. This property was nice when my friend was here which is why I moved but when I got here I could see the fast decline especially when the new management took over in November. It took them all summer and then some to finish painting, and it was crazy during this time with tools and paint everywhere. The gate is always broken and open. The hall ways are always nasty. Resident never clean up after their dogs and there are poop stains on walk ways and parking lot. Valet trash attendants are so petty something as little as a bag not being stacked on top of a trash can they will leave it in front of your door which is extremely lazy, but u wanna fine residents as a result of valet leaving trash.
