Josi was absolutely great to work with. I was out of state during the process, and she was extremely helpful and patient while I worked through my finances. She answered all of my questions quickly, clearly, and never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Communication was smooth the entire time, and she made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. I really appreciate her professionalism and support. I highly recommend working with her.

I just moved in, and Josetina was so very helpful, kind, and upfront during the process. I feel that the prices here are affordable compared to other apartments but still are very nice aesthetically. There were a few things upon move-in that were not completed, however, Josetina put in work order requests for them to be taken care of next week! Overall, I am looking forward to living here -

This apartment is advertised as Luxury. We have lived here for 5 months. Today I started finding ROACHES in our apartment. I thought this management would take this serious since ROACHES are so invasive. The managers don't seem to think it is important to act on this immediately. "This is just apartment living" was their comment. I have never had ROACHES in any apartments I've lived in yet we were told to wait a week until the insect company can come and spray although we pay for this service in our rent monthly. They are full of excuses. We told them yesterday but they only spray on Wednesday???? Yesterday was Tuesday. I guess we told the maintenance person who said he would put us on the list to spray but somehow it was our fault we. We should have told the office??? I guess

Had a great experience. Moved here from the East Coast. Even with how stressful moving can be, Josi in the office was really attentive to our needs. She made it real easy to get everything arranged even though being 3000miles away. The property here is well maintained, the office staff are Rockstars! Definitely recommend moving here. Great location and friendly staff.

Josetina was fantastic to me and my partner. We were getting back into the apartment market, this was our first tour and we ended up going home and cancelling our other tours. The apartments we saw we're exactly what we were looking for. Josetina was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our minuet questions about the place, the rules of the complex, the lease, everything. The only two pains I have are the parking, but it isn't bad if you work a traditional schedule (anywhere from like 7am-8pm). And the fact that we aren't able to move our router + we have to use xfinity, but from my understanding this is becoming standard for most complexes around the area sadly. I'm very excited to be here for a while!
