Sunset View Apartments

We enjoy living here. The views are beautiful. Staff is very kind and willing to come and fix any issue when addressed. I would give a full 5 stars if the amenities were accessible. Gym is only opened limited hours. And there is only washer and dryer in some of the units but not all. For the price it is decent.

sunset view apartments present several ongoing issues that significantly impact the overall living experience residents frequently report persistent pest problems including roaches along with ineffective and unresponsive property management parking is extremely limited yet there are numerous fire lanes that appear excessive and impractical creating confusion and inconvenience vehicles are often towed without warning simply due to the lack of available parking which adds unnecessary stress the interior of the buildings has a strong unpleasant odor particularly in the hallways which commonly smell like dog urine and are not well maintained noise levels are consistently high making it difficult to enjoy a quiet environment additionally residents in buildings f and g face serious accessibility

Apartment has really made a turnaround since I moved in 6 months ago.Shout out to the maintenance team and staff in office on not giving up on the place.

these apartments are disgusting full of roaches i been here almost 4 years and an outta nowhere it got infested an they still ain't doing nothing about it management is terrible at investing the infestation they don't care please don't move to these apartments i started seeing them in my homies house in H building Yeah now it's up at D building an it's my patnas an da homie in E building said their pushing in their apartment this isn't okay Real talk yall are about to loose a lot of rent money an people hurry the hell up an do something smdh
