I lived here for over 2 years and I had a fantastic experience. Renee gave me a shot. It was my first time ever renting. As a young adult she treated me with respect. I never had any issues with her or even with neighbors. I lived in a great building. Thank you again Renee for the 2 amazing years living at your property!

STAY AWAY NOT KID FRIENDLY, ANIMAL CRUELTY, LIKE A PRISON!!!!!!!! This place does not feel like home,yes the inside of the units may look ok, but the walls are paper thin,the manager and maintenance guy are constantly in your business, you cant even have your sister spend the night without them freaking out saying you have people living with you,the staff is horrible and rude,they dont ever fix anything, they do such a bad job, but unfortunately how its ran and the rules make it like a PRISON !!! There is absolutely no place for kids to hang out,most units look out into the parking lot,their tiny little playground is behind the manager building and the are is so tiny you feel so uncomfortable going over there because then the manager and workera just star at you and yell at you for everyth

Renee Miller is the property manager. I don’t trust places that the managers give 5 star reviews. Apartments are not soundproof, can hear neighbors while video calling my friend who lives there. Power goes out almost every time I call my friend too. I will say that the paint scheme is aesthetically pleasing and has a modern touch.

Don't move here. You sign a lease for inspections to be done twice a year yet. I'm always harassed about my dogs and about my guest coming over to stay the night and visit. They do inspections to me twice a month. Charging me for a damage that was already there do to the upstairs flushing cooking oil down the drain. Just simply don't do it. They will add more stress to your life than relief. The maintenance guy is a creep and very rude. He says he's fixing stuff. But yet he's going through my other rooms where the problem isn't at. He does not fix what needs to be fixed. I've had the same broken problems since I've been here.

Been living here for over a year now and absolutely love it here! Renee does a great job communicating with us and the grounds are kept really well.
