Sunset Creek Apartment Homes

The apartments are good but I feel like cleaning should be the main focus. I moved in about 5 years ago and the apartment has just been getting dirtier with all those kids. And people have been attracting roaches and other things in the apartments. Overall they are good and the apartment itself is really nice.

Been here for a 1 1/2 years now and we love it, the only major downfall for me is there’s no pool and parking gets scarce sometimes. Also the walls are kinda thin so you can hear in the living/dining space if someone is stomping up the stairs or the conversation if they’re being loud. Unlike the other comments I don’t have a roach or ant problem but we did have gnats that would fly in from the vents. My neighbor has a house full of plants and loves to leave her doors and windows open but even so I use the zevo plug in and it really helps so we don’t notice them flying around anymore. Leasing office staff and maintenance have been nothing but kind and considerate. Close mouths don’t get fed - if you have questions or concerns communicate with them and they never disappoint, always eager to

I lived here when they were new, didnt know I was moving to a subsidized property, kids & noise and the roaches are thriving

Yesss I love the leasing staff , I can't wait to move in, I'm rushing my days. I couldn't get into other apartments but these people got me in so fast . And I appreciate Jeff I think his name is lol he is awesome I cried when I got home because he took his time with me treated my son well. When I walk in everyone greats me like I'm family.. wow the count down starts now. I highly recommend sunset Creek apartments Update I love my apartment everything is beautiful. update ....My complaint are the amount of walking to get to the dumpster Edit , this year 2024 the kids are out of control it's not the rental office fault it is the parents they need to control them before the streets do. I'm ready to move next year and I love my apartment.

Recently moved in to Sunset Creek apartments. Martina and Raz were awesome from the day I walked in to inquire about renting. They were both professional courteous and ready to answer any questions I had. My apartment is beautiful and was cleaned from top to bottom. There was a few things that needed to be addressed and they jumped right on it. I am very pleased at this time . I would recommend anyone looking for a nice affordable apartment to give them a try ( ^:
