This place do NOT have pest control and are not informing future residents! Until you move in and see how infested they are and ask them about it. save your time and money many current residents are moving out or planning to. Although the current property manager is wonderful the property is trash.

The apartment manager Charice is the worst. She is disrespectful and she has no knowledge of what she’s doing. They’ve done an illegal eviction. I have no court order. I had to go to an attorney about this and nobody will respond. They already have a court order for inhabitable living environments which they’re not even paying on this is the worst worst place to be, and then they’ll tell you in their response to contact them at strategic properties customer service, but nobody will respond to that either. Nobody will tell me where my belongings are or show me a court order.

WORSE PLACE TO LIVE! I have stayed here with my four children and I don’t even let them go outside. They have BUGS!! And RODENTS!! They do not spray! They will charge you for appliances that you did not DAMAGE! They also say you only pay ELECTRICITY! This is FALSE!! They will wait till you move in and tell you to put the GAS in your name! They do not pay the trash service on time so there’s trash everywhere! They also do NOT fix anything!! Worse customer service and poor environment!! BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! So glad to be done with this place! UPDATE! I was trying to finish getting my belongings out of my apartment and the door look somebody got in it (no I did not enter) and when leaving I had to dam near run for my life because of a family of raccoons that live in the property ! I am

I have been staying here since October of 2020 and I am done with this place. It is now march of 2021 and they just now put a peephole and number on my door. They have bugs and they do not spray. Pest control came in here and sprayed one corner of our house. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Sharniece is absolutely amazing. She is professional, caring, pays attention to detail and a person that clearly believes in getting to job done. You will definitely be satisfied with your interactions with her.
