Overton Apartments

I've been living here for 10 years now and I'm realizing that it's a very good location everything you might need or want is within a couple of miles, this place is under private ownership which means they have their own set of rules that they require from you. And they will change them according to issues with them or residents as they desire which they are entitled to have this benefit. When you pay for a place for other people to live in your rules can be fun 😜😊 or suited up for you as the owner of any business. These 2 people who own this property are exceptional hard working people.

I've been living here since 2013, the apartments are small but this suits me perfectly. They were a little bit run down when I got here but have been sold to new owners of which has been working very hard to get the place fixed up. They have recently hired a live on site manager and she has made a huge impact for the apartments that she has worked on. She fixed a leak in the ceiling that was the first thing she had to do when she was first hired on and she was very professional and thorough down to the details of her repair. The changes that have been done here are a variety of areas I think what these two have been able to get accomplished here are pretty awesome and I love it here. It's been home for 10 years now and I am hoping that it will be home for many more years ahead.

Slightly rough and run down exterior but seemingly safe with controlled entryways and surveillance cameras. The hall ways were in need of updating with old thread bare mismatched carpeting reminiscent of a horror film. Very cute and spacious interiors with exposed brick walls and large kitchens.

Because my girlfriend lives here and I used to too and I loved it here

Very nice place and around everything needed . Lanords are genuinely very kind and loving !!!!!
