Flats at Wildwood

This place should be double stars in the negative, Bull crap these apartments are clean, It may appear to look clean on outside but not inside. Everything is old outdated I wish as hard as they work on the outside that they do that in the inside, The rent may appear to be affordable but it is not by the time they add all the miscellaneous fees, You might as well own a home or move into an apartment that is far more updated, You pay for everyone else trash that comes and dumps, They charge you $5 for spraying for bugs but may only come 3x out of the year if they come at all! Imagine how much they are making if they collect $5 a month from everyone. Then they automatically incorporate a fee for when you move out and rest assured you want get that back by the time they go and ding you for nor

The staff very friendly, work quickly if you need maintenance. But over all love my apartment, very clean. Rent I can afford.

The new property manager is absolutely amazing! She's super helpful and empathetic towards the tenants. If you need anything done she gets right on it. She is super understanding while also remaining professional. Would recommend renting through her anytime!

I’ve lived here about a little over a month now and management is amazing! I’ve had a couple of issues but she’s handled my concerns in a timely manner!

The worst manager ever! We have new lady management very rude. No grace. Economy bad and she no compassion for anything or anyone just money money money. Bugs are bad and we have shoot out this week! No discount on rent or even grace just demand money when families are struggle.
